First payment:  1/3 the item's purchase price*

Second payment: 1/3 price within 45 days of purchase.

Bubble wrap, styrofoam, Kraft paper used

Expensive glass and pottery is double boxed.

Jewelry is gift tissue wrapped & sent in a gift box. 

Precious metals typically include a Sunshine polish cloth.

Extras such as candy, charms, etc. often accompany purchases.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Shipping insurance is required on breakable items.

 Tracking information provided during package transit.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Available for small items, such as jewelry.

Cost depends on destination, size, and weight.

Shipping quotes provided upon request.

RETURNS 

Returns at buyer request within 3 days of receiving order.

Items must be in original, unopened, undamaged packaging.

"Extras" (excluding candy) must be returned to receive full refund.

If polish cloths are used or unreturned, a $5 charge will apply.

Returns must be shipped insured via original mail carrier.

Delivery tracking is recommended.

Refunds are issued within 3 days after we receive your return.

Shipping costs are not refunded unless it is our error.
